Initial Cleaning:
It takes a little extra time to get your home looking its best. The extra time is needed for more hand wiping and scrubbing to get your home ready for regular maintenance cleaning. We recommend an Initial Cleaning before the regular maintenance cleaning. Our regular recurring house cleaning service keeps your home looking great!
The Initial Clean is similar to a Spring Clean and includes the following areas:
- High/low dust up to 7 feet over head: fans, lights, baseboards, vents & the top of the exposed refrigerator
- General dusting throughout the room
- Dust window sills, ledges & blinds
- Scrub sink, faucet & drain
- Clean countertops & backsplash
- Clean items on the countertops – under & behind
- Spot clean fronts of cabinets
- Stove exterior – including range hood & drip pan or glass surface
- Clean fronts of all appliances
- Spot clean open spaces in refrigerator & freezer
- Microwave inside & out
- Clean inside window over sink
- Spot clean doors, door knobs, door frames & walls
- Wipe switch plate covers
- Washer & dryer exteriors; inside washer lid
- Remove trash & replace liner
- Vacuum or shake small rugs
- Vacuum & mop hard surface floors

Recurring
- Weekly: Best for folks who like to maintain a clean house, but have a busy household with several people and perhaps some pets as well.
- Bi-Weekly: Best for folks who also like to maintain a clean and busy household, but may have a little more time in their schedule to keep up with tasks between our visits.
- Monthly: Best for folks with no pets or children and who may not spend a lot of time at home. We will come every four weeks and take care of the heavier cleaning duties such as bathroom scrubbing and dusting.
- Priority Monthly Cleaning: Set on a recurring basis, but you set the budget and give us your priorities. We will clean in the order of your priorities for the agreed amount of time. We may not be able to get all of the areas you listed complete due to varying conditions of the home from visit to visit, but you’ll have the comfort of a set price and control of the list.
- On-Call Schedule: For special occasions or a once in a while cleaning, we’ve got you covered. We can customize a plan for cleaning based on your needs.
